Let's find out where your workout it, it might be still uploading or you could have a filter active
Gathering your workout data is one of the key features from WaterRower Connect. So lets' find out where your workout went.
Same device
After you finished your workout you can navigate to your workout history by tapping the arrow next to "Previous workout" on the WaterRower Connect dashboard.
If your workout doesn't show up on this page please make sure you're scrolled all the way up and don't have a filter active (top right icon).
Other device
If you're logged into WaterRower Connect we will synchronise your workout with our central data warehouse. This, however, can take a while, to make sure your workout is uploaded successfully keep an eye out for the little cloud icon in your workout history list. If the cloud icon is filled and showing a checkmark your workout should be available on your other devices.
If after that you can't find the workout on your other devices it can be that you still have an old list of workouts since the app won't fetch all workouts every time you visit your workouts. To force a refresh you can pull down your workout list down which will show a loading indication fetching the latest state.
