You can upload your workouts to Strava by connecting your WATERROWER | NOHRD Account to your Strava account

Synchronise to Apple Health

Connect your Apple Health account to WATERROWER Connect to upload workouts

Import into Garmin

Manually export/import your workout to your Garmin account

Deleting a workout

You can delete any of your workouts through the "more" menu in the history on WATERROWER Connect

Manually entering a workout

Forgot to track, or didn't connect? You can always manually add a workout through the button in the history on WATERROWER Connect

Exporting a workout

Want to track your progress elsewhere? You can export TCX files directly from the history details page in WATERROWER Connect
