You can configure three types of workouts: distance, duration and interval. The latter being a combination of distance, duration and rest parts.
A distance workout as an example
Open the WATERROWER Connect app.
Tap the big button "Start rowing" in the bottom of the screen.
Choose "Distance" in the top menu.
Rotate the dial till you reached the desired distance.
Turn on/connect your WaterRower.
Tap the big button "Start rowing" in the bottom of the screen.
After reaching the configured distance your workout will automatically finish and save the result.
