Start your first workout
The most popular and easy way to begin is with the “Just Row” session. Here’s how:
Open the WATERROWER Connect app.
Tap the big "Start Rowing" button at the bottom of the screen. Behind this button there’s a wide arrange of workouts to explore.
Choose "Just Row" from the options. This is the quick start option.
Make sure your WaterRower is powered on and connected.
Tap "Start Rowing" again to kick off your session.
Enjoy your workout and feel the burn!
